Meet Paige
Hey, I'm Paige.
I'm so glad you're here.
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to show up exactly as you are. There is no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and genuinely accepted as we work together toward the life you want.
I've been providing therapy since 2018 and earned both my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected transitions.
I'm a wife, a mom to an amazing daughter, a lifelong book lover, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I understand how important it is to have a space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted for exactly who you are. My hope is to create that kind of environment for every client who walks through my door.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma informed care, and strengths based interventions. Every person brings a unique story, and I believe therapy should be just as unique.
Whether you're exploring therapy for the first time or returning after some time away, I would be honored to walk alongside you. My office is a place where you can show up as your authentic self, celebrate your progress, work through life's challenges, and know that you don't have to do it alone.
I look forward to meeting you.
